This document clearly recites a person's wishes on how his or her estate will be distributed at the time of death, and also can instruct their loved ones on other matters which are importance to the person making the Will.
In addition, Koufos & Norgaard, LLC, drafts living wills (also know as advanced directives) and Powers of Attorney. A living will allows a person to preemptively make medical decisions in the unfortunate event that they become incapacitated or comatose. A Power of Attorney allows a person to select a trusted individual to make important financial and legal decisions on the incapacitated person's behalf.
